Ticket system
The ticket system allows to make comments to models, based on the BIM Collaboration Format (BCF)
1. Ticket listing
All tickets belonging to a project are listed in side area accessible from the sidebar menu.
Create ticket
To create a new ticket, click on the plus-symbol.
A dialog requires you to put in subsequent information:
- Title: Sets the ticket title
- Assigned To: States whom the ticket is assigned
- Description: Sets a description
- Type: Sets the ticket type
- Status: Sets the ticket status
- Due date: Sets the ticket's due date
- Tags: Sets tags, to allow user-defined labels, e.g. for filtering
Author und creation date are set by the system automatically and cannot be modified.
Activate ticket view point
The View Point (Camera, Visibility and Colorings) of a ticket can be activated by clicking the eye-symbol button.
Filter Tickets
By selection options from the Dropdown-Menu with the Filter-Symbol, the tickets can be filtered by type or status, e.g. to only list unsolved issues.
By selecting tags from the Tags-Dropdown-Menu, tickets can be filtered by a specific tag, additionally. Tag filtering behaves additiv, resulting into listing tickets, which include at least one of the selected tags.
Sort tickets
The Sort-Dropdown-Menu allows to sort the ticket listing by creation- or modified dates.
Modify ticket
A ticket can be modified by hitting its Pencil-Button.
Delete ticket
A single ticket can be deleted by hitting its Trash-Button.
2. Comments
Tickets can include Comments, to reply to tickets or state further content.
Add comments
By hitting the Speech-Ballon-Button, a comment can be added to a ticket.
Activate comment's viewpoint
The View Point (Camera, Visibility and Colorings) of a ticket's commend can be activated by clicking a comment's eye-symbol button.
Modify comment
A comment can be modified by hitting its Pencil-Button.
Delete comment
A single comment can be deleted by hitting its Trash-Button.
3. Export
Single tickets or all tickets in total can be exported to BIM Collaboration Format (BCF) Version 2.1,
Export all tickets
All tickets can be exported to one BCF-File by clicking on the Download-Button inside the top bar.
Export single ticket
A single ticket can be exported by clicking its Download-Button.
